Sun-TIMES rides with Nippo Vini Fantini
A 5-year experience in the world of sport with cycling races in 4 continents and 26 nations. 47 success and a victory at Giro d’Italia: these are the numbers of Nippo-Vini Fantini, a pro cycling team created and managed in Sun-TIMES.
Social strategy: an online sprint
We created an omnichannel strategy to guarantee maximum visibility thanks to an online-offline synergy: from annual editorial calendar on Instagram and Facebook, to website management, press office and events with team’s presentation at the beginning of the year and final show at Japan Cup.
The results? Amazing! In the first year the team became the first Professional team for number of fans and the first team overall for engagement rate.
In collaboration with Nonpanic studio we filmed the first Docuserie entirely dedicated to cycling unveiling secrets, background, preparation for an event that represent every cyclist’s dream: the Giro d’Italia.
Comprehensive team management
Along with the communication strategy, we take care of every aspect of the team management aspect. Starting from market research, we carried on all the activities for the sponsor research, the agreement achievement and the following partnership management.
During all the activity years we have worked on the selection and management of all the human resources, and developed their racing calendar, including Giro d’Italia – with a stage victory – three Milano-Sanremo and a Tour de Suisse.
